ABOUT MORENIKE
Morenike Nolan believes that a healthy counseling experience is built on compassion and empathy. She supports her clients with strategies and techniques to cope with life’s adversity and challenges.
Morenike is a graduate of Alfred University where she received honors and obtained an Advanced Mental Health Counseling degree and a School Counseling degree.
Morenike understands that stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other factors can affect one’s mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Her passion is to help her clients honor their truth, by recognizing their abilities and strengths.
She provides a safe space and gently guides and encourages her clients to develop helpful techniques that support
them through challenging times.
Morenike uses a range of therapeutic technique approaches which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Trauma Informed.
She understands that every individual is unique and provides her clients the ability to explore and challenge themselves to be active in their healing journey.
